How much are my fees?
My fees are £45.00 per session for individuals and young people, £60.00 per 60 minute session for couples and £30.00 for student counsellors. You can pay by cash, cheque or BACS.
Where do I come and see you?
I work at West Street Counselling Centre, 11 West Street, Fareham, PO 16 0BG Monday to Friday. I have daytime and evening appointments available. It is in the centre of Fareham and easily accessible by public and private transport. There is a comfortable waiting area available for your use. (Www.weststreetcounselling.co.uk.)
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an assessment/session and is an opportunity for you to meet me, see the counselling room and to explore how counselling can help you. It is an opportunity for you to let me know what you would like from counselling and to decide if we can work together either short term (up to 6 or 8 sessions) or longer term, depending on your needs and wants.
How often do I have sessions?
The sessions are usually weekly although this can be discussed further if that is not convenient.
Can I have sessions at any time of the day?
I offer counselling sessions in the daytime and evenings up to 7.30 Monday to Friday. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length although the first session may be slightly longer.
